Pricing & Purchase Information

After you apply and are accepted to go on the Fairview Park waiting list, the next step is when we make contact to advise that we have an available reservation spot. This is when we commence planning a litter about 4-6 weeks out from the estimated pregnancy date.

We do allocate approximately half the estimated litter in waiting list order, prior to progressing with a pregnancy. To be allocated a reservation spot a $500 reservation fee is requested at this time as a good faith commitment from those on our waiting list. We only ever want to produce puppies to meet demand and therefore for us to commit to producing a litter, we ask those on our waiting list to make a small gesture to demonstrate their commitment to buying a puppy from us.

  • 6 reservation spots are offered in waiting list order approximately 4 weeks prior to the estimated pregnancy date; and the remaining upon the birth of the litter. In the event that a pregnancy does not occur, progress or an unusually small litter occurs, if anyone already offered a reservation spot who are not able to be allocated a puppy have the choice to be added to a future litter list or c to receive their reservation fee back.
  • Pick order is allocated in waiting list order, however, we do reserve the right to hold the first 2 picks back for our breeding program and a special needs pick.
  • While you are welcome to nominate a sex and colour preference we can’t guarantee this can be accommodated, especially for those towards the end of the pick order, so flexibility is encouraged.
  • While we will give you our best educated advice, we cannot guarantee the size your puppy will become or other physical aspects such as coat colour and characteristics.
  • Our puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter contract. Please see our FAQs for more information.
  • Reservation Fees are non-refundable. If a family on a reservation list cannot bring home their puppy for whatever reason, the family can choose one upcoming litter to join within a year from the date their reservation fee was received or forfeit their reservation fee.
  • Please see the Puppy Reservation and Puppy Allocations pages for more information.

We are planning 1-2 litters towards the end of 2024, and more in early 2025*.  We currently have a fairly full waiting list with some limited availability. Our wait time is approximately 6-9 months from application to securing a puppy allocation.

Travel

Puppies outside the Canberra area can either be airfreighted or if there are a number of puppies going to a similar area within a reasonable distance from Canberra, sometimes we can meet you halfway depending on our schedule and yours. We only transport puppies within Australia.

Delayed Go Home

Puppies are welcome to stay with us beyond 9 weeks to align with your schedule and timelines; however puppies that remain beyond this time will incur a fee of $200 per week to cover additional feeding and training costs. Airfreighted puppies can go home from 9 weeks. Additional boarding costs should be factored into the total additional cost of having the puppy delivered to you (usually around $400-500 Australia-wide).
