Why Choose Us?

Verified, Experienced Ethical Breeder

I have been involved with breeding dogs since I was 12 years old, assisting my mum who bred Maltese puppies for many years. It was only natural for me to follow in her footsteps. We also have the verifications and registrations to back this up. We currently one of only two Groodle breeders recongised by RightPaw as an outstanding breeder, you can check it here: https://rightpaw.com.au/outstanding-breeder

We are also registered with the Responsible Pet Breeders Association (RPBA) and the Australian Association of Pet Dog Breeders (AAPDB).

Founding member of the National Groodle Association

working to set and shape the Groodle breed standards in Australia I am also a founding committee member of the National Groodle Association (NGA) in Australia,, helping to set and achieve a consistent and exemplary Groodle breed standard. My NSW Breeder Identification Number (BIN) and ABN are available on request.

Comprehensive Health Testing

All dogs in our breeding program are DNA clear and hip and elbow scored as fit for breeding and puppy owners are provided with these records in their go-home dossier.

DNA profiling and matching

We are highly skilled in canine genetics and use this knowledge to partner our dams and studs to achieve not only optimally healthy pups but also pleasing traits to achieve the desired Groodle look. Even our F1 puppies have fleece coats with classic Groodle traits because these things can be accurately predicted when you know how to read a DNA panel and apply it to achieve desired results. We have the technology and information to predict litter traits however a lot of breeders don’t know how to apply it and that is when you get flat hair coats and the puppies look more like the non-poodle parent, which is not what knowledgeable breeders would ever produce.

Badass Breeder Program

We follow the internationally-renowned Badass Breeder Program where “puppies are raised to believe in themselves and be the best they can be through guiding emotional responses, meeting their innate needs in order, building confidence through intentional and purposeful curriculum and handling that aligns to their sensitive developmental benchmarks and lastly evaluating each puppy prior to placement to ensure their voice is heard and they are honoured and respected not only with their breeder but with their new human as well.
