Lottie is a beautiful multigen Groodle with a stunning fleece coat and a gentle, affectionate nature.

She has a calm, thoughtful temperament paired with a quietly playful side, and is a much-loved member of her guardian family, where she primarily lives as a cherished pet. Lottie has a soft, expressive presence and a wonderful ability to connect with people, making her a joy to live with and an ideal representative of the Fairview Park program.

Lottie has a soft, low-shedding fleece coat with a fully furnished teddy-bear look. As a multigen Groodle, she will be paired thoughtfully within our program to produce puppies with consistent fleece coats, low to no shedding, and beautiful temperament, while maintaining the structure and size we aim for in our miniature to medium Groodles.

Lottie is DNA tested and clear, and will undergo hip and elbow scoring prior to breeding. Her health testing, combined with her temperament and coat quality, makes her a valuable and carefully considered part of our breeding program.

Lottie lives with her devoted guardian family in a loving home environment and returns to us when the time comes for breeding, as well as for regular visits and holidays. Once she has completed her breeding journey with Fairview Park, ownership will be permanently transferred to her guardian family, where she will continue to live out her life as their much-loved companion.
